FIT MAMA: This class is designed for all moms at all levels! Come be a part of the Fit Mama team and get some you time, all while getting stronger and hitting your goals! During class mom will safely workout her body and mind to prepare her for all of the wonderful challenges ahead. We will safely go through core, flexibility and mental training. This class is safe for those with diastasis recti and the major focus of the class will be in preventing DR. Perfect for pregnant AND postpartum mamas, classes will change week to week, and you have the choice of how much of a challenge you want to do that day! Mats and dumbbells are provided. *if newly postpartum, you must be cleared to exercise from your physician, babies 6 weeks-12 months are welcome. Class is designed for immobile and/or crawler and works perfect for nap time! Drop ins welcome!
