The subscription includes 5 corrective exercise workouts and 1 set of breathing exercises each week that have been programmed especially for pregnant and postpartum women. These exercises will help activate your muscles when they need to be activated ( prevention in pain & dysfunction), strengthen your core (diaphragm, pelvic floor, and TVA), aid in the prevention of diastasis recti (ab separation) and help make you stronger throughout pregnancy and beyond.
Every week on Sunday, you will receive a PDF of 5 workouts and 1 set of breathing exercise to start the following Monday. You will also receive videos showing you exactly how to do each exercise. As soon as you subscribe you will receive your first set of exercises via email, and your next sets will come each Sunday after that.
These workouts are designed to be done at either home or gym. However you will need 3 pieces of equipment
Dumbbells 5lbs-10lbs, or both.
mini bands ( though a towel will do in a pinch!)

You can cancel your subscription at anytime. Please note, that once you cancel the workouts will stop sending immediately and you won't get the remaining weeks. Take this into account when canceling.
You will be charged $25/month, beginning the day you sign up. This breaks down to about $6/ week!
What this subscription is & isn't:
This subscription is a great general exercise for pre-pregnancy, pregnant and postpartum moms, who have been cleared for exercise by their doctor
It is not for you if you have significant ailments such as: incontinence/weak bladder, previous difficult labors & delivery, tearing during birth, back pain, diastasis recti etc.

** Keep in mind: While these workouts are beneficial and will help you stay in shape during and after pregnancy, you will not get the exact corrective exercises for you. While these exercise will benefit you, if you have certain ailments or pain, (such as, but not limited too: incontinence/weak bladder, previous difficult labors & delivery, back pain, etc.) they may not be solved, and you will want to schedule a comprehensive movement assessment and private training sessions. ** Please have consent from your doctor before signing up.
