FIT MAMA CLASS- SINGLE TICKET
A class designed specifically for all Moms! Get stronger, increase endurance, hit your goals, and most importantly, get some YOU time! Mom will safely workout towards her goals and mentally prepare for new challenges ahead while class will go through core, functional, flexibility, and mental training. This class is great for postnatal AND prenatal Mamas and is safe for those with diastasis recti as healing and prevention of DR is a major focus during class. Classes change week to week and you can choose to challenge yourself however you like whether advanced or beginner. Light dumbbells will be provided. Any and all options will be provided to meet your needs and goals. Limitations: if newly postnatal must be cleared to exercise from your physician, infant age limitations: 6 weeks - 12 months (classes are designed for immobile babies and/or crawlers and works great during nap time, please bring a blanket for baby to lie on). Drop ins welcome.
