6 months of 1:1 coaching with Clara to prepare you for conception, birth and beyond. Weekly training sessions (in person/or virtual) that include: breath training functional training, & labor training, a 14 day meal plan, recording of each training session to refer back to, 24 hour access to me via text & a guide to an easier birth and/or an un-medicated birth.
