6 months of 1:1 coaching with Clara to prepare you for conception, birth and postpartum. Can be done in person or virtually. Includes the comprehensive movement assessment, and a FREE 60 minute core restore session, to help you achieve optimal recovery post birth.
Weekly training sessions (in person/virtual) that include, breath & belly training, strength training, labor or supermom training (High intensity interval training) and mental imagery training.
You will receive a 14 day meal plan, and have 24 hour access to me via text/email.
Includes a FREE 60 minute core restore session to be done postpartum, to help you achieve optimum recovery.
