During the Prenatal consultation and assessment you will receive valuable and actionable information on breathing,  exercise during pregnancy, and information your Core & pelvic floor.

This is time for you to ask any questions, as this session will be designed just for you!  We will go through a comprehensive movement assessment that will allow me to give you exercises to work on right away and begin to implement them into your daily life. So much of pregnancy pain & discomfort lies in lack of prevention! The tools & information you learn in this session will allow you to help prevent or heal any discomforts & have an easier birth and recovery. 

During this session we will discuss what program options would work best for you moving forward!

Examples of things we can discuss:

How start preparing for birth & postpartum NOW
How to prepare your mind and body for birth
How to build the foundations to have an easier postpartum recovery
How to modify exercises in pregnancy
How to prevent or heal Diastasis Recti DURING pregnancy
How to keep doing the activities you love without pain. 
How to prevent or heal/lessen symptoms of Hip pain (SPD, SIJ Pain, PGP), Low back pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, etc.
How to prepare for the type of birth you would like (medicated, unmedicated birth, csection, vbac.)

1:1 Virtual Fit Pregnancy and Birth Training

 Prenatal 1:1 training allows us to design a program based on your wants needs, and based on your specific body, where ever you are in your journey (pre conception, pregnancy, postpartum)

This programing is for the mama who is serious about taking control of her pregnancy, birth & postpartum. So it can be enjoyable and easy. 

The Prenatal consultation & assessment will take place before designing your program, and from there on we will work closely together for the duration of your training!

1:1 training is totally customizable and can include

  • Weekly personalized workouts
  • Video demonstrations of all exercises
  • Zoom/facetime check ins
  • Birth preparation & push prep exercises
  • Meditations & affirmations to support and prepare your mind for pregnancy/birth/postpartum
  • Diastasis prevention/healing

  • Accountability and support to make sure you are staying on track and feeling good!

*At checkout you are purchasing the Prenatal consultation and assessment. Once the assessment has taken place we will create a program based on your body and needs.  If you sign up for 3+ months of training the consultation and assessment will be FREE!
